Context Notes About Posts
January 5, 2026 – Video contains profanity (h*ll, sh*t). This is a repost from NBA on NBC and Peacock. The profanity is used by a player, Steph Curry, who is being interviewed by Vince Carter.
January 21, 2026 – Video contains implied profanity. This is a promotional post from his podcast “Cousins,” with Tracy McGrady. Tracy had a line where there appears to be censored profanity (“gonna sit on that ___ couch”).
December 19, 2025 – Video contains alcohol. This is a post from JR Smith, who tagged Vince Carter in the video. At one point, JR pours a beer and orders a double Jameson and ginger ale.
December 11, 2025 – Post contains filming while operating a golf cart (slide 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14) and profanity (slide 2 (sh*t), slide 10 (f*cking), slide 14 (sh*t, d*mn)). This was a post from Brice Butler, who lost his phone, and then Vince Carter and Marty Turco took it and recorded the “Chronicles of the Lost Phone.” Marty was recording, while Vince interacted with the camera while driving the golf cart. Vince did not use the profanity, but Marty did in one slide and several other people in the background in the other.
November 10, 2025 – Video contains religious language (e.g., “oh my God”). The NBA Showtime crew said this in response to a buzzer-beater by the Detroit Pistons.
